I hope that anyone who reads my book, that no matter your race, political affiliation, religion, class, educational background, or socioeconomic background, you will be able to apply even one sentence of anything I have to say in a way such that you can then employ to improve the quality of your own life.
I am a PTSD survivor and writing this book has been a part of my own personal journey of healing. I talk about my experiences with domestic violence, about coping with change, and about my process of grieving loss.
I’m also a medical doctor who trained at USC under Dr. Drew Pinsky and I am a first time author. My book, “50 Shades of Pink”, is the story of my personal self-empowerment through my spiritual awakening. It is about the Law of Magnetism in the Universe and I attempt to explain the Science of Chakras in a manner that is practical and easy to understand. I use examples from my own life to demonstrate how an unbalanced chakra versus a balanced chakra can manifest in our individual life experiences.
I look forward to hearing from you if you have questions about chakras or would like to discuss any of the topics I blog about in relation to my book.
I'm a medical doctor who trained under Dr. Drew at USC and I just wrote a book about my spiritual awakening. I struggled with PTSD after choosing to engage in domestic violence from 2018, and in effort to find peace, I embarked upon a spiritual journey that has become my personal self-empowerment through my spiritual awakening. 50 Shades Of PINK is my story. I also studied the science of chakras for 1 year prior to writing this book, and I am slowly releasing my research to my website www.50ShadesOfPINK.me. Karma is a science. Mantras are a science. Chakras are a science too.
This video is a brief overview of the meaning of the root chakra, manifestations of a balanced and unbalanced root chakra, and the psychological and medical impacts of an imbalance at this location. Thank you @queenbee_ortega and @ankurbhasin for co-creating.
Q: What is Karma?
A:Newton’s Law is a beautiful example of this as demonstrated by his ingenious invention: Newtown’s Cradle. Cosmic Law shows us that the energy we put in is exactly the energy we get out and back. Whether we choose to view what comes back to us in return as positive or negative is up to the individual to decide.
Growing up, cooking food from scratch was a part of everyday life. My mom is an amazing cook and taught me how to make so many amazing dishes. Check out some delicious Ayurvedic cooking recipes to help you lead a balanced and nutritious lifestyle! Most of my recipes are prepared in traditional Bengali style cuisine, but I do a few popular variations as well!

“Happiness is not a station at which you arrive, but a manner of traveling.” Happiness will not just happen- you have to want it, make an effort, and work for it. If you’re unhappy right now, then you have to work even harder. I either meditate for 5 to 10 minutes, listen to motivating songs to change the direction of my energy, go on vacation, maintain routines, or consciously choose to divert my focus to laughter and silliness. Relaxation helps when you’re dealing with too much stress.
2020 has been a crazy year-and the solar system right now validates this. Mercury retrograde just ended on November 3. Mercury is the planet of communication, and its retrograde this time started in Scorpio-a sign that is viewed as a RED FLAG even by people who don’t buy into zodiacal theory and practice. The big delays, miscommunications, and general chaos resulting from Mercury retrograde can be expected until November 19, because Mercury takes a week or two to regain his former speed.
